this is my first song any feedback and constructive criticism would be much appreciated.

First verse

I’ll never lose the memory of that Saturday night
I was in my prime, felt good, not a worry to consider
The party started bumpin and we were doin it right
She gave me a wink and I felt big like a designated hitter
Now if I ever saw Kenny I’d give him my lucky penny
But she idolized Ms Monroe though she had me from hello

Second verse

My dreams are haunted by complexities
Want to grasp an understanding with certainty
But her mannerisms are encrypted
A wise girl has her plot pre scripted
Moments together seem to be just right
Cause you’re the one I want when my dreams are in flight

Third verse

I find it so funny how a fairytale to yours truly
Can be interpreted poles apart to someone named Julie
That defect that forces you to chase the real thing
Obligates an appearance in the boxing ring
Enlightenment now leads the belief to bloom
