I asked my dad what he would like for Fathers Day.
He replied by grabbing his guitar and this song he began to sing.Tears fell from his eyes as he
told the story of his father singing to him just as he was to all of us. For fathers day i would love to know who the original writer and singer of Lucky Ol'e Sun. My Father thought his father spoke of the song being song in the 1920's Great Depression South by African Americans. Lines included "Lucky Ol'e Sun aint got nothing to do
but roll around the heavens allday" THANK YOU SUE :]
