The Story Behind My Songs

My songwriting "ADDICTION" hit me in the face when i was about 6 1/2-7 years old. My whole life i've loved to sing. My songs aren't candy coated or faked; they're the real deal and my songs tell a story. Perfect example, i wrote a song not too long ago about this woman getting married to this soldier and them having a baby girl together. Well, about a month later, the soldier was called out to war and had to leave his wife and daughter to fight. One night she was feeding her baby when she got a call from her husband's sergant. He said that her husband had been shot and killed during the war. The song goes on to explain life from the wife's point of view, and how she's dreading the day when her daughter asks where her daddy is. My songs are mostly about my life, and if they aren't, they're about things that i've seen the 14 years i've been alive. My name is Ariel and I am a 14 year old. And i am proud to say: I AM A SONGWRITING ADDICT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
