Songwriting Tips from a 9th grader.

Your songs can be about anything. Your life. Your emotions. Your best friends life. Your love life. Whatever it is it doesn't matter as long as it makes sense to you it doesn't matter. There are bands out there who write songs and the name of the song doesn't make sense to the lyrics. My songs are about my life and what goes on in it. Weather it my love life or just another crappy day at school. (I'm only a freshman.) Express yourself through your music and I think you'd be a kick butt good song writer. I even play my songs on a guitar that adds more emotion to your lyrics and it makes you get in tune better if your not an excellent singer like me. (You can listen to some of my music at Youtube my name is songwriter4020.) I hope these tips help. Im only in freshman so I'm not that experienced but I started writing when I was nine years old so. Thanks for looking at my tips and hope you get something out of it. *~songwriter4020~*
