Songwriting Help!?

I've come up with what i think is an okay bridge and a chorus for a song i'm writing to play with my band. I just wanted know if its any good and also, what kind of messages people get from it - just to see if its similar to mine. I'd ask the band but its a surprise for them so i can't. At the moment, its untitled but here's what i've got:

And there's no going back for either one of us now,
Gotta move fast, gonna make it through somehow,
Maybe one day we can find a way,
But right now,
Baby, take my hand and run as fast as you can,
Take a chance on this, we don't need a plan,
Only time will tell if we're built to last,
Get caught in the moment, don't let it pass,

Any thoughts, suggestions or similar would be really really helpful!
