Songwriting - Get the Juices flowing

Personally I like to listen to some awesome songs with amazing lyrics to get started, I jot down ideas from classic songs; such as a few words from the song, and idea, and then a light bulb automatically goes off.

Also I like to write about real experinces, when I get mad the first thing I normally do is go into lockdown, like I cant leave with out finishing a chorus or something.
