songwriter help

I'm 13 and fined writing songs help me to get out my feelings I have inside. Sometimes I just can't translate this in to lyrics but I have all these tunes and rhythms runing through my head do you know of anything that could help?

i'm 16 and have been writing for a couple of years now.
i had the exact problem as you at first.i had some really cool melodies, but when it got down to translating my feelings into lyrics, i was stuck.
my friend gave me some advice that might help you. he told me to write everything down. EVERYTHING. like, write a description of an event, how it made you feel and stuff like that. then sort of, twist the words around.
sing them to a melody and sometimes they just naturally change until they fit nicely.
i don't know how much this will help, if at all. but if you wanna email me your melody and song ideas i'd be happy to help you come up with some lyrics :)
