My band broke up. As the songwriter, what are my rights? They want to move forward using my music without me... Is this legal?

My band broke up recently and they wish to move forward without me. I've written all of the music that they wish to play live, as well as sell. What are my legal rights as songwriter? Can they do this without my conscent? What are their legal rights?
