Lyric Writer - Tips

Step one

find a universal subject that can be felt throughout different: ages, races, and classes. Think about something that every human on the face of the earth has experianced. Usually I write a list of different emotions and inovate on the one that I am feeling at the moment.

Step two

Take any complexity out your lyrics that causes the listeners to use more energy then is neccessary to understand the song. Write the shortest sentences possible this is important for not tiring the listeners and causing them to loose interest.

Step three

Keep the listener awake with your own personal and diverse oppinons. Take them out of there comfort zone every so often, so that they do not grow bored with your lryics. Maybe once every 2 bars or four.

Step four

Download my music from I-tunes and listen to my lay out and format and form your own with mine as a base.
