Leslies Recording Studio has been in business for over 10 years in Phx. Professional Recording for Professional People. Everything is appointment only so you do need to call ahead to come and check it out and take a tour. There is a big Live Room, then there are tracking booths a couple guitar and then vocal booth everything has windows so the band can see each other when tracking. Assorted quality mics from Royer Ribbons, Neumann U87, Beyer Dynamic , AKG, MD 504s and E604s the list goes on. As for the Controll Room it sits above the Live Room and booths and is equiped with Otari 18RStatus Consol which is fully automated with snapshot and recall, Pro-Tools and engineer is certified both with a degree from The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Science and certified in Pro-Tools. Plus lots of outboard gear, a QS8 keyboard with full 88 keys and weighted, an upright piano, too much stuff to name off really. Best thing to do is make an appt to check it out. Not to mention I have recorded everything from video games to soudtracks for movies to "Big Names" recording every style of music has passed through there .
