just getting started as a songwriter

im just getting started as a songwriter, i have great ideas and concepts, i was a artist/songwriter on a hiphop label since i was fifteen, im now thirty, and i realize i was being used, anyway im trying to get started on some of these songs, but i dont have a studio a band or a vocalist to bring my music to life, but im really confident that this one song in particuler will get sold, what should i do? how do i go about compensating these guys without real money or the promise that their work will be recorded on the artists album. i really feel strongly about this song and it can really jumpstart my career, any advice is helpful.
