I'm an African Hip Hop rapper; Can my songs be heard worldwide?

I first of all appreciate all the stuff giving out for free, and also thanks for your comment.

Am a Ghanaian, 19 years of age. And a hip hop rapper.
My problem is that, I don’t know whether my songs can be heard worldwide and if YES how do I go about it.
