have good flow

I've been writing, rapping, and producing for the last 4 years and i cant keep track of how many artist have sounded waay too much like they're reading it. Know your flow or writings before you step to in the booth or just the mic if u dont have a booth. Not only does it souds bad, but it also questions your ability to either sing or rap. So know your flow and writings before you record it.

dude, youre definetely right, I've heard people do the same, I've been writin and MCin for 4 years also and I'm not too far away from you. (Embarrass near virginia) I've never heard worse than when someone doesn't put any emphasis in what they write, they don't have their delivery straight.. I think that artists sound waaay too alike these days. Nobody seems to have their own flow and they steal song ideas from other artists. I'm a rapper/poet & I'm 17 and have been writing lyrics since I was 11 years old. I try to take myself away from other rappers and make myself sound unique. I know where your coming from, thanks for the tip :)
