foever/ Lyric critique /County Song

by Charlie
(Alabama)

FOREVER

There’s an empty bed room, down the hall
With a lot of faded pictures, on the wall
Each a reminder of the past
Time that has passed by way too fast
I wish, I could make those moments last,
Forever

There’s a young man waiting down the Isle
He’s been waiting for her, for a while
Waiting for his true love,
But things happened oh so fast
I wonder if, they can make it last?
Forever

If darkness is the absence of light
And defeat can only come
When there’s no more will to fight
As long as what we have is strong
we can make the most of every minute
Before the moment’s gone
Forever

There’s an empty bed room, down the hall
Soon there will be pictures, on the wall
Moments that they want to make last
Each one will pass by too fast
I hope that they can make them last
Forever

well Im not so into all the verses. but I understand and really love your idea, like a walk down memory lane and thinking of his/her wedding. I LOVE your chorus. it just seems so beutiful to me. and you just gave me an idea for my next song ( Ive been out of ideas..) My song will NOT sound like yours, so please dont feel that someones going to steal your lyrics. but Mine will be based around memorys, but memorys of a highschool girl like I am..

Pretty Good
by: Joshua Rhodes

I like the idea of your song as everyone here has so far. Lyrically its a little weak as far as the rhyming scheme goes. I think it would be more effective as a song if u used the alternating scheme that u used in the second verse. Other than that I thought that it was a fantastic idea.
