Extraordinary Lyric Writing Tips!

by Joseph Reed
(houston texas)

The foremost greatest method for writing lyrics is to let the dictionary speak for itself. Meditate on the thousands of words, explanations, concepts etc until the perfect lyric manifest. It's that simple. It's thus an indisputable fact that every lyric that's ever been written in the English language can be found in the dictionary, that is,the words thereof the lyric. For example, consider the the word (intuition) and its meaning and allow a lyric to manifest. The vast majority of words have a rhyming sister or brother that may not necessarily mean the same but undoubtly sound the same! Define the word passion and I dare you to write a lyric from it! Also, you may simply look at the lyrics of thousands of top hit songs, and ,without plagiarizing, master the fundamentals of writing good lyrics. Also, meditating in the solitude of (night)will awaken the intuition, and bring sound lyrics to the (light!)Focus on that statement! That's my point.
