Crying Now - Lyrics Critique

by Isabelle Reid
(Burlington, ON, Canada)

How have things come to this
My world just fell apart
It’s hard to stay strong
What have I done so wrong?

I don’t know what to say
I don’t know what to do
I’m crying now

Trying hard to smile
I can’t do it anymore
Sometimes I wanna hide
This I just can’t ignore

My heart is broken now
With no hope left inside
I’m crying now

I’m so tired of pretending
This pain I feel seems never ending
I know I will get through
Someday I will be over you
I know I was wrong
To believe what we had was strong
I’ll get through this somehow
Until then I’m crying now

I’ll get through this somehow
Until then I’m crying now
Oooohhh
