Becoming a talent scout and songwriter - Where do I go from here?

I'm 15 years, I want to be a talent scout and a songwriter. Also to added I'm in love with music, if I here a song that blows be away I get goose bumbs!! Well I want to know where should I go from here? I begin to learn how to play the piano, and his also entering the 11th grade in the fall. I want to know where to get started? Where college or music program I should go to get the most opportunity? What should I be doing now to get to my career desire?

I am 10 years old and i would love to have the chance to be a talent scout and songwriter. I love writing songs and singing i have been doing that since i was five with a pure and understandible voice. I hve so many wishes that all ready came true and i waiting for this one to. In the last 5 years i have been to church,bee studios and more tryouts and made them all but then quit because them all and went in to dancing and ballet because my dad told me you could persued your singing dream on your own and so for my birhtday this year he is getting me a new laptop,video cam,and a private vocal coach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!yeah thank for reading this best luck to the people who have the same dream!!!!!
