Be Open-minded! - Tip for writing a song

Don't just write a love song, write about all kinds of things. Yeah, the top hits on the charts are love songs, but, some songs that are not about love either have a higher spot on the charts or are next to the love songs. Think of the wildest and whackiest ideas your mind can concieve and write about that. Who knows? You just might be Mariah Carey's or Micheal Jackson's rival because your songs' themes are original, whacky, fun and unforgetable.
